As facilitators we help you to connect with your true self and take you beyond the obvious to achieve your highest potential.
Your thoughts and mindset is result of your upbringing. You are result of your roots, the family system and environment you have grown up in. If your entangled thoughts and emotions are resolved, your sense of self and vision for life would expand.

Every human is a brand in themselves, they are born with a unique core value. The problem starts when they start replicating their environment and project imagery, to please others. They do this, to fit and get accepted by the group/society. In bargain becomes replica of the society and lose their own uniqueness. This creates confusion between self and projected imagery of their identity and causes self conflict leading to stress. Person wants to do something but lands up doing something else to live upto expectations of loved ones, society or environment. As a result their performance dips and person loses self worth. At I’m happy being me we help you to fill your emotional voids, remove your mask, facilitate self acceptance to bring up the ‘real you.’ The brand ‘YOU’. Imagine when brands surviving on voids are so big, how would you perform when your voids are filled!

What it means for society at large?
The larger objective of the company is to bring social change and contribute in creation of inclusive society.
When you are happy being yourself, you take responsibility for your actions and do not trouble others. Corruption is result of an unrest soul, who is not happy with what he/she has.
‘The 100th monkey phenomena shows that if you bring change in 1% of the total population, the entire society would evolve 3 times. That’s what ‘I’m happy being me’ is trying to achieve. Through different mediums we plan to target 1% of our population to bring change at macro level.
The same logic is applied when we work with Corporate Teams or brands. The CEOs of corporate brands are nations infrastructure builders leading large teams. If one CEO shifts his entire organization shifts with him/her. Brands that are created in harmony at all levels, will have a positive impact on society and succeed.

What it means for Corporate?
When we talk about a brand or a person we usually consider things which are visible to the naked eye or exists in the moment – analytical data and statistics. However there also exists invisible dynamics of past history of experiences, events, relationships and conversation or conflicts between people which defines today’s reality, beliefs and value system of the brand, a person or department.
I’m happy being me, is about human brand management. We work with both tangible and intangible aspects of Humans and Corporate Brands, managing Human Behaviour and Brand Management. Our USP can be summed up as “Inward Branding to Outward Projection – Human Brand Management.
Every corporate brand is run by people. It’s core team of leaders. The brand is an extension of vision of owner or leaders who creates it. These leaders in turn manage other humans working in the organization and give them direction based on their thoughts and mindsets. Vision of the brand is equally proportionate to personal life vision of the leader leading it. Hence, using therapeutic modalities – systemic constellation, business constellation and family constellation we first work with the thoughts and beliefs of the leader, identify limitations, issues or blockages he/she might be facing, resolve it. Then synchronize leader’s vision with his core team leading different departments and get into brand creation or re-defining brand strategies.
